You have to charge to 100% then you will have your SOT reset to 0. Then use and leave in on standby even when sleeping until left 5%, then you get your SOT. I would let the battery condition itself first along with the fw to get accurate sot.

The phone on standby mode also requires power to run. Like. Mentioned, Let the battery and firmware condition itself for a few days first.

Thank you for the info. I had to wait almost 2 hours for them to check my iPhone X last time. They were very thorough to a point of nitpicking I feel. Ended up they rate my iPhone X as B. I asked them why, then they showed me a hairline scratch on my phone. I don't agree with the result so I told them I don't want to trade in my phone. Then the guy who is serving me asked if I want to buy the Note using cash or credit card......before I could answer, one of the clown said to the guy in Cantonese "No money la sure installment". Hmm, I would expect to get more mileage out of a 4000 or 4100mAh battery to be honest. Anyways, give it a few days and see if it improves somewhat.

Mine is pretty good so far. My first full charge was 19 hours ago and I'm on 4 hours SOT now with still 52% battery remaining. I'd say it's outdoing my previous Note 9 already.

Those who are getting good battery life (6-7 hours SOT), I think your "Adaptive power saving" is enabled? This will limit the CPU speed at times.
