Hi patienceGNR,
Sorry for the delay on responding to this thread. 1) Zerolution360 is a membership programme with monthly subscription fee to enjoy exclusive privilege of using latest flagship devices on offer from Maxis. There's a minimum of 24 months Commitment Period for the membership, which upon completion, other than upgrading to a new device, you can choose to either : a) continue your use of the Device under Zerolution360 by continuing to pay the Zerolution360 Fee ; or b) choose to return the Device to us, in good working condition, without paying any charges; or c) terminate the Zerolution360 and choose to keep the Device subject to you paying Maxis the Device remaining balance charge + an additional fee of 25% of the Device Recommended Retail Price (RRP) at the time of your subscription to the Plan(s) + additional administration charges. 2) Upon extensive discussion, we have updated the terms to give a better light on the Zerolution360 mechanism. We're sorry for the confusion caused previously. We appreciate for you bringing this to our attention and your patience throughout. 3) Refer answer 1c above Thank you. QUOTE(patienceGNR @ Mar 5 2019, 02:41 PM) I can't seem to get the right information on this specific questions. Assuming i am on zerolution 360 plan. 1) I have ended my 24 months contract. At this point, i have not decided to take up a new device - assume that i am not interested to upgrade yet. Referring to SSTC clause 9a, i am allowed to keep the device BUT it is not made known if i will be billed for the device fee on the 25th month onward. Although, logically i shouldn't. Also, it states that I will continue paying under "Zerolution 360", in Maxis' terms, Zerolution 360 mean Maxis ONE plan + device. This will mean that on 25th month onward I'll be paying plan + device fee still? Same logic goes to Maxis ONE Prime, which refers to Maxis ONE plan + home fibre combo. Can we get some clarification? 2) with reference to the above, under clause 19, states that failure to return the device upon expiry of the said contract, i will be charged a certain fee. Why is this contradicting with clause 9a? does this mean all subscribers of the 360 are actually forced to take up a new device every 24 months (whether the person has found a preferred new device) in order to avoid the fees? 3) According to soyacincau blog post here, there is also a nominal fee for those who wish to keep the device, however there isnt more information about this on the website/faq/sstc. This is a very shady terms and i have made several calls to 123 to inquire, i receive different answers on this. |

QUOTE(Maxis @ Mar 27 2019, 02:29 PM) Hi patienceGNR, Thank you for the clarification. The terms are indeed misleading/confusing hence this inquiry. I look forward to seeing the SSTC being updated to reflect a more concise information.Sorry for the delay on responding to this thread. 1) Zerolution360 is a membership programme with monthly subscription fee to enjoy exclusive privilege of using latest flagship devices on offer from Maxis.
