but dangerous lor when u do hard cornering... ur front spring will bottom out and u'll experience wierd steering feedback.... haha... in short, unpredictable steering....

i previously using 10W40... vr good response... vr 'light' feel in acceleration.... but when approaching 5000km, engine oil alwiz below the middle point even i used up all 4litres of engine oil....
now trying petronas (dunno what brand) 15W50 oil... car feels vr heavy at first.... still monitoring the engine oil level....

most standard efi engine response is abit slower than carburetored engines.... even my uncle's 2.0 camry feels the same.... unless if u tweak the ecu for better throttle response....

haha.... i wouldnt mind that as well.... at least it is a better chick magnet than iswara....
and the fc saves u a few hundred bucks more for modding....

actually i reserved my rear windscreen for sioc sticker geh... actually thats the first car club i join also la, besides zth.... but then now think think, getting more n more sien... better maintain my car stickerless, i want my car look elegant....

vios also can be powerful.... it already has a vr good base car with its lightweight shell and engine parts... tune it up/bolt on turbocharger kit, get a manual tranny from thailand, slam it to the ground, huge rims, wide wheel arches.... fuh, damn lawa......

i know a few CSI member as well la... one of them, kangyoon, also mmu student in melaka.... during their last trip to melaka, kangyoon did ask me to join.... but that day got emergency (my car accident)..... so tak jadi meet them lor...

pickup from still is ok? the moment u press the pedal the car already can feel the pick up but from 100+ wan to overtake the car ahi..... sad. i floor it actually still cant feel the pick up just feel a bit faster only.

yeap.... idsi engine has better fuel consumption.... but vtec engines arent far back.... in fact, standard vtec fuel consumption is about the same as ours.... i-vtec has even better fuel consumption....

this is why honda dont stuck to their 1980s technology....

i previously using 10W40 mar... oil is thinner than 15W50... thats why i feel heavier...

coz when vtec opens, there's a pin that locks both rocker arm together, making the higher lift camshaft to work..... at normal drive without the pin locked, the higher lift camshaft angle is free playing....

in short, each valve has 2 different camshaft degree and rocker arm....

ya the ecu have to be present in order to do that. I heard from my dad last time his toyota van engine got a caburator with 2 opening. normally 1 is functioning as normal the other 1 is close. but when ur speed is more than 80km/h both opening will open more fuel will burns and more pick up and car can go faster.

i just back from SIOC seem like a lot heat there! Mainly becos of M & I and something abt VS promotion. Ahi.... wat can i say.. but at least have to respect those Forum starter as they have to provide a platform for all members to discuss and share. Setting up a forum might be easy but maintenance is no easy, they have to pay for the domain and webhosting which will cost 100+ per year at least. Yet they open for free y dun u appretiate it! just like here also we r all just using the resource free actually we have to thank all the forums starter
