Dont blame the board alone.

Fans are responsible as well. Sure sometimes we cant fanthom the manager's decision but his job is on the line every single day. Which is why he will be held to responsible on every single day. We dont respect the process. Quick fix solution happy one season than sack another which costs us 93mils just for sacking people!! Stupid!!
