If lets say, end of season, 4th n 5th place same point. Arsenal 4th, but we won Europa League. So both team makes it into CL next season?

We need a defensive coach.
Btw nice goal from Hendrix and Higuain. Not conceding 4th place yet since this season is so unpredictable. CHO n Kante injured. Btw how is Emerson doing? Only watching highlights lately. X tgk full game. |

We are a bit lucky tbh. Spurs, Utd, Arsenal all bottled it. Saying that we didn perform very well too in our last 4-5 games? But we manage to win against Watford. So i say we are lucky enough to secure top 4.
Hats off to Cahill. Didn leave us middle of season, Sarri being totally disrespectful to him. As a CL winner, as a captain, it's hard to digest, but still he gives everything in his training, when selected, he play well. Hope the youngsters like Christensen see Cahill as their role model. same like I said earlier this season. Regardless of how we perform, we need to give Sarri 1 full transfer window. And let him find his players. Altho I still hate Jorginho. lol. Hazard confirm leaving dy ke?? |

I prefer Pool to win the CL. This is to retain the claim that we are the only London club to have won CL. LOL

Luiz extends his contract! Good news for me. We need more leaders. Now it's only him left from our team that won the Champions League.
Btw can Sarri pls convert Azpi to CB. I believe Luiz or Rudiger + Azpi in CB will work. |

Zouma is coming back for sure with Cahill leaving and the transfer ban.
CB we'll have Luiz, Rudiger, Christensen, Zouma. RB Azpi & Reece James. LB Alonslow & Emerson. I wan Emerson to get more game time next season. Reece James is absolutely killing the championship and Wigan. He needs to play for us next season. Mf side Kovacic's loan will be done. Next season midfield trio will be Jorgin, Kante, RLC. Barkley & Drinkwater backup. Maybe Ampadu will try out the dmf role? Wingers Hazard (hopefully he stays), CHO, Willian, Pedro. Striker Morata and Giroud. Higuain is loan spell only right? |

Seems like it's confirmed. QUOTE True to form, we only got a tease from the man himself after completing possibly his final Premier League appearance on Sunday. “Yes I have made my decision (on his future) but it is not just about me. “Would I have liked it to be cleared up earlier in the season? Yes, I wanted that but that’s not happened. I’m still waiting like you are waiting and the fans are waiting.” “Yes [I have already informed the club]. A couple of weeks ago.” If Hazard’s decision was to stay, Chelsea would’ve surely announced something with great fanfare already. Chelsea’s qualification for the Champions League apparently didn’t change Hazard’s decision either. “No. I don’t think so. I have made my decision, that’s it. I’m still waiting.” On the plus side, he remains focused on winning something for Chelsea, for at least one final time. “When you are on the pitch, you try to be focused on the pitch with the ball. That’s it. When I am on the pitch I just try to do the best. I am not thinking about this and this, my situation or the club’s situation. I just try to win games.” -Eden Hazard; source: Evening Standard The only thing that has yet to be said is the definitive goodbye from Hazard himself. |

As much as I like Lampard and how his Derby performed, promotion play off was between 2 ex Chelsea player yo. JT vs Lamps. Aston Villa vs Derby.
I would prefer Lamps to get more experience first. And also it's stupid to sack Sarri now. 3rd place and a Europa Cup final is good. Honestly, was Roman expecting us to win the CL or PL on Sarri's first season? :x Give Sarri 1 full transfer window (hopefully our appeal is successful) and 1 full pre season. I believe he can bring out the best in our players, and also get the players that he wants. As for Lamps, let him get more experience first, then later down the road, maybe 5-6 years time, he return to Chelsea as manyzer. |

Just imagine with all these contract extensions, suddenly there's a headline. Eden Hazard signs contract extension! 😂
One can still hope. |

Sigh, what kind of weed is our board smoking. If someone told me at the start of the season, we will win a cup, I would say he is mad, coz this is a new manager, new playing style. But now Sarri have done quite well imo, 3rd place, Europa League winner, Carling cup finals.
That does not convince the board enough to back Sarri? So we're back to square one, sacking n hiring? It'll be even harder with the transfer ban. The team is playing to Sarri's style, starting to adapt and play well dy, won Europa League, then now suddenly change tactics and manager. I think Sarri finds it very hard to deal with those tabloids too. Coz the media just love to target us, small bust up in training, headline. Argument, headline. Pity Sarri wey. |

QUOTE(torreto @ Jun 6 2019, 11:55 AM) If it's not because of Hazard carrying us. Spurs and Arsenal last few matches self kamikaze you think we can finish 3rd ka ? Well yea. Spurs and Arsenal kamikaze did helped us, but the team also need to perform to get to where they are. Same can be said to Utd. Spurs and Arsenal kamikaze but Utd can’t even capitalise on it. Sigh, sad to see Hazard leave. Despite we know it will be happening, but still, he is our best player. Oh well, all the best to him, I believe with the players that Madrid have, Hazard can even level up some more to CR and Messi's level.
Read that Mou might return for a 3rd time? What a return. 3 times. I dont mind Mou coming back. I believe with the financial backing, he can be good. Also he still have unfinished business with us, that elusive CL trophy. Would be the perfect ending for him. Dont think it's time for Lampard to step in yet. |

So it's official now. All the best to Sarri, thanks for his Sarriball and also congratz on proving Sarriball can actually win you a trophy.
Sigh, looks like Lampard is set to come back? Mixed feeling for this. I dont want a legend's image to be tarnish. Imagine if he can't do well, his image will somehow get affected by his managerial career here. Would prefer he stick with Derby or try managing a lower end PL club first. Still not sure how good tactically he is. What do you guys think bout Jorginho? I think at the season end, he is getting more and more used to PL, and putting in more defensive duty. Should he follow Sarri? Or will he stay and fight for his place? |

tbh, I feel Lamp's appointment would restore orders in the dressing room. I guess Sarri lost a bit of the dressing room too. After the Kepa fiasco. A new signing, showing his authority to the manager. Then the bust ups in training between Higuain and Luiz before Europa League final.
I think Sarri not vocal enough on the players. With Lampard's status, players might not dare to go against him. but then i still rmb what happened to AVB last time. He tried to bench those big players, then it all back fired. Hopefully Lampard wont end up this way. |

Cech is set to be back as Technical director. And it seems like his first job is to get Lamps back as head coach.

It's not official yet right. What's taking them so long. Just friggin sign the paper and let Lamps start working. It's important for the coach to have a full assessment of the squad for the full pre season.
I'm still a bit cautious on Lamps' performance. I would take a top 7 place finishing as very satisfying. |
