The underlying fund is the same, just difference pricing currency/exchange. Buy in the currency that will cost you the least to fund in
e.g.
if Instarem, you can fund directly in EUR and not USD choose EUR
if SGD bank, you convert within broker SGD to EUR/USD no difference

USD2 only... justifiable for the higher volume and availability of free live data via 3rd party (google finance/investing.com/cnbc)

Should be covered in the above link for TSG covered by UK finance authority, if you have more than GBP85k/USD100k in total asset better transfer to Interactive Brokers LLC (US) for the higher SIPC (securities) & FDIC (cash) + Lloyd's insurance coverage. You also benefit from them sweeping cash more than USD250k around several banks.

I'm leaning towards UK protection instead of assuming US protection, simply because I'm seeing Tradestation Global Ltd (UK) in the reports statements as well as balances listed under UK Securities in Trader Workstation (Portfolio -> Account).
