got really big different meh ?

Got different. R410 is a much higher pressure gas compared to the r32. So your technician need to be a bit more careful during installation.

most AC parts/component now come from china ...even for daikin .
most AC s can easily last more then 5 years .

if you buying stuffs from china, then you will know they will offer you from cheap to high price with different specs. Im not saying china product is not good but they are offering cheaper price which i always have doubt, what quality they can offer? You Get What You Pay For

Lenovo/ HP computers are made in China
Huawei / Xiaomi is made in china .
most ASUS products made in china

so they have bad quality . as you say ? different specs ?
talk about branded products...

Gree , Midea AC factory in china do contract manufacturing for many TOP brands worldwide.

Confirm Daikin la.

Sales & Service network well established through out Malaysia.

Got manufacturing plant in Sg. Buloh with the largest R&D research centre in SE Asia region.

try go ask your local air cond repairman which brand they recommend.

ask repair guys, don't ask the salesman  biggrin.gif  biggrin.gif

Repairman will suggest you the brand that will give them more work at a higher margin

daikin is rubbish.. i got a 2 hp r410 which i bought 2 months ago and its the worse decision i made. the air is cool only not cold and it takes damn long to for the aircon to blow our cool air.

ask for service warranty they check with the temperature checker and say everything is fine and say daikin air con is like this wan.

i seriously @#$%#@$^ the service person for saying some thing like this thinking i never use aircon before.

just go for Panasonic or Mitsubishi. Ban Daikin 99

R32 has similar working pressure to R410A around 12-26 Bar (174-377 Psi), however R32 has better
capability to exchange heat-load than R410A and delivers higher capacity than R410A making the systems
more efficient.

only one thing is that they have not shown us there is power saving between use of r22 vs r410.

i suspect very minimal .

if you want cheap, go for china brand like gree, hisense etc.. rosak then replace new unit.. it probably lasts you 2-3years.
if you want quality one, go for Daikin, fast cooling, parts available, good after sales service.

There is a salesman who recommended midea, get the cheapest one

Planning to change my air cond after 10 years. Any brand that is cold and quiet you guys would vouch for? I see so many mix reviews with one disagreeing with the other but Gree seemed to gain a lot of support as well. Anyone had any bad experience with Gree?

I am currently looking at mitsubishi jr10vf aircond. Anyone have any review for this model? The thing that attract me is the easy cleaning part and can filter dust.

Or any other brand or model to recommend ard this budget less than 1k. Thanks

the filter dust part maybe just a sales gimmick .
the filters pores cannot be too small cos it will restrict s Airflow ..hence get a bit weaker output Air flow pressure.
i think an AC with ionizer to kill some dust , odor , bacteria would be better.
