In times like these you need a tyre valve remover screwdriver or call the local city council to tow the car away. Or if the owner not moving and you are not rushing time, kasi calar saja, and sit in the coffee shop watch him frustrate in vain.

Happened to 1 makcik once. She horn2 many times but still owner didnt come. Me n my driver went there to help. My driver shout loudly if no 1 comes out to move the car after he count to 5, he will call majlis to tow the car.
The owner suddenly come. I just looked at the guy. My driver did all the scolding. Hahaha. |

Just smash his car with a boulder. When he comes out, beat him half dead. Then when police tanya him why, will he add insult to injury by saying he double parked?
