Done. I'm existing unifi 100Mbps (STB) Turbo Deal 2019 which I downgraded from 500Mbps in April 2019. Just try to click on Pay Nothing via Self-Care just now.

If that is the only option for you then you can't downgrade. Logically you can't downgrade if you still under contract.
