It nothing to do with your contract. Router only got one year warranty from TM. Usually encourage user buy outside. If you wanna buy from TM without any payment you can opt to extend your contract another 2 years.

I found out also Chrome will give very low speedtest.

100mbps is RM120 right? If not mistaken, it is new plan that just started last year right with 2 years contract? Anyway as long as no longer any valid contract, you can change your plan.

How to stop Maxis from calling me almost every 1 or 2 weeks once? very Sharp the timing to call. Annoying..... I only want Unifi.....

All offer me the same RM129 for 100 mbps only.

I think I would like to downgrade my 500mbps to 100mpbs since TM no plan on 300mbps till now.

Just want to confirm with any of you that we can now downgrade to 100mpbs thru www.unifi.com.my without personally do it in any TM point right? Then the bill will be apportioned to 100mpbs from it days start.

Walao pay 200+ for 500mbps. I just downgrade my 500mbps to 100mbps from RM179 to RM129. At the end don't feel any difference on speed usage meant I actually need 100mbps since I only use apps to watch online movie such as Netflix UHD version.

That's TM suck in handling their packages process. Same packages diff price. Chase away those pay higher price n retain those pay less only in long run.

Maxis called me once every two weeks till once a week. Till I scold them. Lately touch wood no more after I downgrade to 100mpbs. I believed they can check Unifi system.

Pricing maybe not good within short term. Long term, pricing may be reduced.
