Have anyone accidentally pay double bill amount?

I always use tm autopay. But these month i havent receive any notification regarding deduction from tm.

I check at my unifi dashboard the bill amount is still rm136.75

So thought maybe the system got problem, i proceed pay using online banking (fpx).

After payment have been made, i realized that tm already made deduction (on the same day i made online payment) without sending notification (sms/email)

Thus i double pay for this month. But their system only show the online banking deduction. The autopay untill now not reflected into their system. Should i be worried? How long should i wait?

Guys how long does it take for the bill adjustment to take place after account activated? My bill date is 16.10.2019 to bill from 16.10.2019 to 15.11.2019. My YEP 2019 activated on 19.10.2019. So I'm supposed to pay only 16.10.2019 - 19.10.2019 right?

Or.... I can also not pay anything now and wait until next bill come out. 😄

biiled on 16Oct @rm136.75 (129*1.06), CL of rm600 &
due on 6Nov,
YEP2019 activated on 19Oct., so have to pay 3 days (136.75*3days/31days=rm13.24)
So looks like I cant just pay rm14 now to avoid the suspension?

Mine finally was action-ed last Friday after a week kena peram by TM. And it missed my billing cycle for October too. Guess will only get two free months intead three then. Oh well.
