I just notice after the new myunifi upgrade recently. There is 30Mbps rm89 available under the changing plan option now. I supposed for existing 100Mbps plan can be downgraded just using the myunifi app?

Besides, how old is ur existing 100Mbps before u did the downgrade? becos the 100Mbps comes with rm30 unifi tv package + rm99 for the unifi itself. normally unifi tv package comes with 1 year min contract, if any early termination, need to pay the remaining months of subscription.

Yeah. 30Mbps is actually ok for normal users who do not do heavy downloading but purely surfing and streaming.

It is actually perfect plan for my parents. Last time they downgraded to rm129 100Mbps plan becos no other cheaper unlimited plan available. And I do not recon them to go for maxis rm89 becos the technical support if there is service prob can be an issue to them especially they are not tech savvy. So now unifi rm89 30Mbps plan is perfect for them. Unifi is stable after all.

The pay nothing promo seems too good to be true though. Anyone has any idea why tm is running this promo? To lock down their customers for the next two years?

Anybody else PayNothing order magically disappear? Apply for my brother & company account on 4 Oct but so far only my company order is still there. Yet my bro is still under 2018 Turbo upgrade. Havent change to YEP 2019 like my account is

TM is making huge loss, last year their staff didnt even get any bonus. I dont think they gonna reduce again in the future. The current plan seems affordable for malaysian already. Starting from 89 for 30mbps (which is sufficient) to 139 for 300mbps.

I just downgraded from 300mbps to 30mbps yesterday at Taipan branch for cost saving.

Need you guys opinion. For movie streaming, will it makes any difference between 30 and 300mbps? As I presume 30mbps is sufficient for movie streaming but what's your experience?
