My Speedtest at dslreport never hit 500m down like him. My speed only around 200m down at dslreport

Check back my original post . I test speed in few sites non of them hit over 200m.

Maybe you can take a speed test at dslreport.

Is TM cheating speed on me?

odd...recently after rebooting the modem and router (ac86u) few times...can't achieve 300+ Mbps anymore...now it's hovering around 200 Mbps..guess have to give unifi team a reminder to reset my port ?

will it help ?

I don't see any issue for 100M users, turboed or not as the price is still the same.

I don't see any issue for 500M and 800M turboed users as there is no such new packages anyway. So maintain means the package you have at the price you have now.

Only some 30M turboed to 300M users have questions because of a promo at that time where it was RM139 30M for 24 months then back to RM179/199.

Some user may find this a good opportunity to upgrade / downgrade also, especially if still under contract and no penalty fee. As long as you don't mind the new 2 year contract.

The more the merrier... Then only the "average" answer is more accurate... Some may insist your RM129 is only 100M speed!

You may also call 100 and hope you get a good CS who knows proper info. Those calls should be recorded too. That's what I did the other day to find out if there was penalty fee to downgrade. At the end of the call, I repeated what they said about the conditions to make it clear that my decision is based on their info. Just in case need to make complaint later...

Like I said a few times before, if a RM139 300M user uses Change My Plan and selects the new 300M package , then that package is priced at RM199. That is their own fault.

If you do the redeem, the price should remain at RM139 as per what they have said in the FAQ. And the discount is adjusted to maintain this price.  You have seen users post about this before where their discount changed from RM70 to RM90.

Can you show your previous bill without personal info, similar to the image you posted earlier so we can see how the details are shown for comparison.
