My package is without tv box but I requested for the new white box to replace the 1st gen silver version. That was when I downgraded to 100mbps RM129.

Based on my understanding, your 1st time subscribe package is with stb box (but 1st gen silver version). Before you downgrade to 100mbps, then you got request to replace the new white box.

After you get white box, then you request to downgrade and you are taking 100mbps without tv box pack.

requested when downgraded to 100mbps. i dont know how it works. but they said i can use my old box to watch hypptv. then i made noise said my equipment hasnt been upgraded since i 1st signed up to Unifi. BTU & HyppTV box. then they change everything to new ones.
