I'm still using the DLink router provided by TM.  But during daytime no problem at all. It's only started at around 9pm, while everything else like youtube 4K still fine.

The latest TnC only has upgrade and downgrade so either they removed the option to maintain or the TnC does not apply to those who maintain.

oh lord, just receive call from TM since i opt to renew my contract on 2/10/19 now the staff said a different thing again from the staff I talk to on 2/10/19.

Contract Jun 2018 - Jun 2020. after finish contract, it become RM199.

Livechat: If renew now, Jul 2020 you will still pay RM199.

TM Staff on 2/10/19: If renew now, I will enjoy RM139 forever, no more tied to 24 months;

Today staff confirming renew: If renew now, I will need to pay RM199 in January 2019.

UPDATE: i'm still otp with her for 40 mins already, she said i will be paying RM139 from activation of my account in October 2019 - October 2021.

Yes, there's RM70 discount.

And just confirmed, you can call 100 and ask for Ayu - she had the most stressful one hour of her life. She confirm that the discount will still be there until October 2020 (upon expiry of new contract)

Contract bound discount.

According to CS Faiz, those who renew during the year end campaign will be converted to Perpetual, while as per CS Ayu, those who renew will still receive the contract bound disc of RM70 until October 2021.

Hence, there's mismatch, but at least i will still enjoy my RM70 until October 2021, that's for sure.

I'm gonna call 100 again tomorrow to talk to Faiz on this matter to clarify the infomation given between these 2.

I think so. My discount changed from Promo RM60 24 Months + unifi Special Discount RM10 (total RM70) to Promo RM90 Perpetual, not sure what's the extra RM20 for.

I think the turbo offer was until 31 Dec 2018. If your installation was after that in 2019, that is the reason why it was not turboed.

I think that was details of the package that was subscribed. But if installed / activated in 2019, most likely not entitled to turbo anymore. Must see the service date / contract date.  Its been almost a year and if not turboed until now, likely not to be.

Yes, i subscribe on January 2018 under 30mbps. Then after Pakatan win, auto upgrade to 300mbps.

The subscription price reduced from RM139 to RM89.
Just now I run the movie apps Adrama on my Android TV and doing speedtest, the speed still yielding 30mbps despite the apps streaming movies so I guess 30mbps is more than sufficient for normal use.
