yr phone is ap set or ori?if ap set most likely its branded so it wont show u the latest firmware

don't use your phone to update,it will keep on say its the latest.use SEUS

yup... using SEUS to update firmware is the best... but u must prepare to face the risk too... last time i tried to update my hp... in the end it jus black out n cant on back... so need to send it to warranty... mayb i m the 1 tat not in the luck...

maybe yr usb cable lose or your phone jz ran out of battery during update?
