Ok.. I'm asking for a friend of mine..

He's using Tx9 mini with unifi (turbo-ed 500mbps) and newly supplied Router by TM

He used myiptv 4k service a while back and has no connection problem before.
But since TM changed the router, he's getting connection problem with the apps.. Can't even login at times...
Cleared the cache, data and reinstall the apps...

Tried checking the connection at his house...
Using other device to access the apps using conection other than unifi... no problem at all.
but once i connect using unifi.. the problem appear

Tried to change DNS on the tx9 to google's.
Successfully able to access the apps and playback movies/live TV.. but only for a few minutes...
Then the connection error happens again...
Restarted the device and re-set the DNS... apps working again for a few minutes... then failed

Log-in to TP-Link's config page, and manually change the DNS...
Apps works... and failed after a couple of moments...

I tried to connect the tx9 to my hotspot.. but somehow.. the wifi connection goes on and off

Does anyone with unifi (especially after turbo) has these kind of problem...?

My box connected with LAN no problem.
Another box in my room connected to Wifi did face wifi connect n disconnect problem. Problem solved when I factory reset my box. Maybe u can try?

You're using myiptv 4k service as well?
He already tried reset to factory the box before I come...
Using LAN (as wifi sometimes has connection problem)

1. Always run the IPTV on lan. Wifi can be affected by so many things.
2. If you have spare router, preferably high end router and not those given by TM, try it and see if the problem occur. Could also be because the router cannot handle high usage.

No, I'm using other iptv services. But don't think so is the myiptv4k that make thing changed. Perhaps is router problem? Only ur box facing the same thing? How about other devices? (Eg : phone/laptop etc

1. I can't test wifi on that box since it'll connect-disconnect at times... so... LAN is the only way for now...
2. He still has the previous router that he used when started using unifi.. He claimed he don't have such problem when using that router. Just that after TM changed to the newer one, the problem started...
I have yet connect that since i'm not sure the details of his account (login, username etc)
And what's considered high-usage? Even if that box alone connected to the router... it still can't access the service...

Every device connected to that router will have the same problem...
I tried using my own data to access the service... no problem.. But once I connect to that house unifi... Problem starts happening...

Then will be router problem already. Try to Lodge report to Unifi. Ask technician come and check lo.

I wonder if TM will entertain this kind of problem... Since it's 'myiptv' problem... and the content of that iptv itself is kinda 'illegal'..
The connection itself is no problem (since all other services / sites is no problem), and the speedwise is OK...

I thought u said every devices connected to the router will have same problem? Means other devices also can't online? This is reason to Lodge report, not?

Tried change dns on ipv6?
Happened awhile ago when try surfing blocked website and realized ipv6 dns need to be changed

Can't access the myiptv service only... All other online activities are no problem...


I kinda missed on ipv6 setting...
Didn't realized if the ipv6 settings is turned on or off...

Changing the default DNS server on both box and router seems to make the services running for a while (before failing again after a couple of minutes)
I'll try to look at the settings again next time... Thanks for the reminder..

turn off the ipv6 on thew router. myiptv kind of dislike it and try to use the latest version.

Just an update...

He switch to the old router and the services runs smoothly...
So.. the problem must be on that new router the TM gave..
Gonna check the new modem again later..

Think there are some setting is incorrect in new router.
Need to slowly figure it out lo.
Disable QoS, ipv6 etc.

I using Asus router the high end one AC86U the wifi also will go on and off .....best if use LAN cable i think

on december i got 1 month free trial from this one seller,, fuh picture good quality no buffer at all.. after finish i straight bought 1 year for me, my parent and friend.. since last month myiptv4k pretty useless, always buffering not only astroks but also the on demand movie.. haiyaa.. unifi 300mbps here..

Nope didn't try using VPN coz only in hometown for CNY ..... i do speedtest on my unifi showing 100mbps

my oversea line only 50mbps also more smooth than Unifi for Myiptv....

I just switched from Unifi to Time today and guess what... My MYIPTV4K is blazing smooth!! Unbelievable!!

After experimenting here and there, I noticed the TP Link AC1200 router given TIME and Unifi causes alot of problem to MYIPTV.

May I know if those with problem here are using this particular router?

mine is unifi ac1200.. i have buffer issue but since 2-3 weeks back, smooth no more buffer..

I have using the APK from my china router (360 P2 flash with ASUS firmware) and no issue.
After the Turbo upgrade, TM gave me a high speed router (Dlink AC1200) then i have same problem keep disconnect.
Now I use my 360 P2 router as AP connect using LAN bridge mode to Dlink AC1200 then solve the issue.

I am happy to use myiptv-4k nearly 1 year with not many problem at all . Recently upgrade my Unifi to 100mb. They changed the Modem and router(DIR-842), everything still running smoothly for first 5 days after installed. But Suddenly myiptv-4k fail to run all channels with error message below :
1. Please switch to other channel and try again
2. Please switch off your android device and medem router. Restart after 10 seconds
3. If the condition persists , please contacting dealer provide for assistance

I have try all the possible tips BUT no luck to get it run.... can anyone help ?

Unifi had blocked MYIPTV4k access.
Please change your DNS setting for continue streaming, you can get assist from your dealer.

Simply download DNS changer (from google playstore) and run it, and try myiptv4k again, see it works or not.
(If you dont know how to set DNS)

I can't even login now... Keep coming out invalid user and password even with Google dns. At first no data then I logout can't login anymore... Lucky I got mypadtv

Noooo. Yesterday i could log in using Goodle dns and now cant even log in anymore

Yeah, not able to log in too.. Tried Google's DNS as well as Cloudfare DNS... Still the same..

i facing this since last Friday, can login but all channels cannot ON...Check with the reseller, ask me to test this and test that ,end up with same problem & give up for 2 days. Last Night inform me that "migrate server"...Will test it it late evening today

Is MyIptv4k still problem ? Can login last night but still unable to watch all channels around 8pm . To trouble shoot it , I passed the Tvbox to someone , he tested around 12am ,can login and play , but after few minutes , all channels can not play again. both of us using Unifi 30mb and 100mb , I dont think unifi block us to access myiptv4k ! Tried the DNS changer still the same ! Anyone had this issue ?

Not mistaken, MyIPTV4K you need to install APK. MyPAD4K you can install APK, or you can use browser to watch. But both only can login at one device at a time.

No, you don't need to do anything in Android box. Just install the APK. It doesn't matter if your device is root or unrooted. No issues with buffering or lagging.

What i obseerved is.4k content doesnt seems real sharp compared to netflix or youtube.

I saw somewhere in forum someone mention mypad 4k only till 740p while myiptv is till 1080p. Is it true? And is something like one month trial available? Don't want like after sign up for the service then only notice issues like lagging etc etc.

It might not be real 4K content. There is some server issues currently, but it is quite smooth usually.

I tested all 4k contents in myiptv4k app..
All seems can see judder or stutter .. not sure what term is correct.
I just say not smooth.
All 4k movies are same, playing 1080p in tht app are.fine.
I do not suspect my broadband speed as 4k content in netflix and youtube playing butter smooth.

Hi I'm facing the same problem right now. sometimes I use VPN and I can say the lag was minimised. Using expressvpn connected to singapore. tried to connect to USA server but I can't even log in to the apps.
my assumption this is purely unifi problem. changed connection to my phone hotspot (maxis), everything running super smooth. even smooth on umobile GX38 (max 6mbps speed)

Use laptop to download all the apk file and transfer to usb drive

for ES File Explorer File Manager installation, you need to rename the file to a shorter name, maybe the file name too long and the system cannot recognize the file

do the same for the myiptv4k file as well

For those Unifi user accessing Myiptv4k during this MCO time is really pain in the ass. Live TV get freeze and stuck, and so do the VOD.

Main suspect / culprit is Unifi. Is TM limiting or capping the access? Do anyone has some work around for this?

i'm using MyIPTV 4K via andriod box version 9 (GT King) and running on Time Internet 500MB. I'm also facing lag and error while watching. The stupid Cat has been appearing more than frequent. I guess in MCO, everyone is buying into MyIPTV. The support i'm dealing with tells me if i can't tahan, go support Astro. KNN!

Yes, am also doing the same but using ExpressVPN. Result is much better for the LiveTV, but VOD still got some issue especially for the 4K content.
