I am happy to use myiptv-4k nearly 1 year with not many problem at all . Recently upgrade my Unifi to 100mb. They changed the Modem and router(DIR-842), everything still running smoothly for first 5 days after installed. But Suddenly myiptv-4k fail to run all channels with error message below :
1. Please switch to other channel and try again
2. Please switch off your android device and medem router. Restart after 10 seconds
3. If the condition persists , please contacting dealer provide for assistance

I have try all the possible tips BUT no luck to get it run.... can anyone help ?

Do myiptv4k had an official web site or forum to announce the current/future development ? Checking with the dealer is waste of time if he/she is not a professional technical person !

i facing this since last Friday, can login but all channels cannot ON...Check with the reseller, ask me to test this and test that ,end up with same problem & give up for 2 days. Last Night inform me that "migrate server"...Will test it it late evening today

Is MyIptv4k still problem ? Can login last night but still unable to watch all channels around 8pm . To trouble shoot it , I passed the Tvbox to someone , he tested around 12am ,can login and play , but after few minutes , all channels can not play again. both of us using Unifi 30mb and 100mb , I dont think unifi block us to access myiptv4k ! Tried the DNS changer still the same ! Anyone had this issue ?
