Hi guys just need some opinion here from all the seniors here.
Im gonna travel to osaka next year mid of january and when i reach kansai airport it will be around 9.40pm night.

1) So im just dilemma wherther i should stay a night at the nearest hotel from airport or head directly to osaka city hotel ?

2) Second question is im thinking if i stay at the hotel near to kansai airport then i should direct to kyoto in the next morning to start my itinerary in kyoto first and save osaka for the last.

3) And lastly can i just stay osaka for my 8 days trips and travel conveneintly to kyoto and nara ?

Any recommendation ? Thanks alot.

Depending on the distance I guess. No specifically 1 or 2 in a day.
Just don't want to feel rush and check time whole trip.

Hi bro... Once you have done your trip through the Tateyama Kurobe Route, could you update if you really need to wear proper winter wear for this day trip. End of April is almost summer and I don't think anybody would want to bring along their winter wear unless absolutely necessary.

Yeah.. That's why I couldn't imagine. Winter in summer. Don't know how it would feel. So meaning it was not really cold but with the snow?

road is pretty clear here, from Komatsu to Tonami and Namerikawa, Toyama. went to visit the tulip festival, pretty easy to find parking right in front of the entrance.

sightseeing around Noto peninsula is way better than watching floats IMO. that said, I only attended my local float festival once a couple of years ago, never enjoyed it and never went again

many here have said that this subway pass isn't worth it because u need to use like over 3 times in order for it to break even

Hi to all Sifus, really highly appreciate 90 degrees bow please spend some time with me to plan my itinerary. Really have no time to plan as taking care of my infant twin babies day and night...this will be my first trip away from them together with my husband. Just came out with a very very rough idea and i have read V12 until page 22 so far.

This trip we plan to get Hokuriku Arch Pass so its more convenience for us to travel all the way to Tokyo and exploring the towns in between.

We have visited Tokyo 6 years ago so probably will not revisit those tourist area again...

PS: This trip i will be trying to transport along my breastmilk to bring back for my babies. So freezing will be in consideration.

Mainly i have a few questions,
1) Should i just station myself at Osaka for 4 nights and travel back and forth to Kyoto or move to spend 1-2 nights in Kyoto at local Ryokans and move forward.
2) I plan to visit the Tateyama Alpine Route, is Toyama the best place to stop for a night stay? If yes, do i visit the route first only check in or check in and nx day only do the route or stay 2 nights straight. Cos im worried about the luggages.
3) Is it good to spend at least 2 nights along the Arch so that it does not be too hurry (Stay either at Kanazawa, Toyama or Nagano or anywhere else open for suggestions Thanks)
4) Is it worth to visit Shirakawago during this time as almost entering Summer
5) Which is best day to activate my 7 days Arch pass? Is it on Day 3 when i plan to go to Nara or Day 2 since its 7 days i can only put it in between, for airport transfer i have to purchase separately.
