I just got back from Osaka/Kyoto and planning for the next trip already Has anyone done this route before?

14-15 nights trip:
Osaka** - Kanazawa - Shirakawago - Nagano - Tokyo

** Land at Osaka and spend 1 night in Osaka for eating and shopping galore. Luggage forwarding service for the big luggages to Kanazawa. To bring small bag for overnight clothing/etc.

Hi , I would like seek for advise to travel 4 days within Sapporo City only which advisable to get the day pass for the transportation?

Yeah it's enough. However, be careful when using Google maps to travel to Nara, it asked me to use the limited express where u actually need to purchase a separate ticket costing ¥560 from Osaka on top of the ICOCA. I think you can use the regular trains that don't require the extra fee..

However there was another instance where I took limited express which does not require a separate fee..

Also in Japan there are various trains with similar names so have to be careful. I honestly thought semi express and sub express were the same trains and got on the wrong trains. It was my first time in Japan so I had some issues with the transportation

Should i get the kansai thru pass or just icoca will be sufficient?

Hi let say we purchase fuji hakone 3 day which complementary  train from shinjuku up to odawara station.  If we get romance car from shinjuku up to hakone yumoto station instead of odawara which  regular ticket (Shinjuku-odawara ticket) will burn ? tq

For those that take airasia to Haneda airport, how do you commute to Tokyo station? The monorail ends quite early.

That means, there is a very slim chances that I’ll be able to catch the last monorail right?

So I guess taking a cab would be the best option?

That is not too bad considering an airport transfer in Europe is around RM600 on a day time.

may i know are tehre any operating hours for the machine? as my plane will be arriving late.

How long will it take to reach the train station? My flight reached 9.40PM as well but the Nankai Last train will be at 12AM.

I don't know if I can continue to take train from Namba to my accommodation or need to take taxi
