I have been using maxis fibre for almost one year plus and I have not face any problem, everything is just work perfect and pristine because I am one of the first customer who subscribe maxis fibre after TM lays the fibre cable until now.

Out of the sudden, TM cames and fix my neighbour's line and came second time to fix again. after that my line just puff gone I cant go online anymore, my BTU just cant connect to internet anymore. Worse of all I am not in.

After that I complained it to maxis fibre customer service and escalate the case on Wednesday. They said they are unable to make appointment with TM until next week. bangwall.gif this makes me "facepalm" doh.gif I am facing problem and you require me to wait for 1 week =.= and this whole week i am unable to use internet to do my work. mad.gif

Ok waited till that day Tuesday, TM came first and fix the port behind my house by just plugging it back. after that we asked TM why is our port suddenly disconnect? First guy said oh is because our maximum ports have 8 ports and if other(maxis) took over they need to unplug and give our customer first. Fine!! After that we ask the second guy and he said oh you fibre line have been EATEN by INSECT. blink.gif ..........
I like really!!!! waa so insect can just come out and bite my line out of nowhere because my line is tastier. hahaha rclxms.gif

Around Evening, Maxis only came and check our internet speed and write their reports. after that, I ask maxis why my line suddenly just gone after TM came and fix my neighbour's line? is it they just exchange mine with theirs. The answer he gave me maybe, ya maybe.

WAAA, TM how can you do this, I know is your line but you don's have to make people to change your line by doing these kind of evil scheme. ZZZZ
sweat.gif sweat.gif Bravo TM Bravo TM rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Asking Any of you guys faced these kind of problem before??? This makes me sad because Maxis customer is always in disadvantage.

It not only happen to maxis but to TM own Unifi users as well. Put it simple, some technician really lazy to check, so when they come and fix or install new UniFi, they would just unplug one of the existing cable causing the lucky person to have no internet access.
If I were you, I will complain to MCMC and request for the 1 week rebate on next bill. You have the right to do that since you are paying customer not riding on their free internet.

Update on Mar 4th 2019:- Yet another case for my Maxisfibre Line is down again after TM people came for 15 minutes and just freaking pull my port and left what a bastard. This we red handed caught TM people did it and ran away. For this case I have complain to Maxis again and yet they need 48 hours to get their technician and make appointment with TM. =.= this is damn sad. because Maxis can't even do a single thing.

Right now I can confirm that if you guys want to take Maxis fibre "Think Twice". You are in a disadvantage stage.

Not sure whether this thread is still alive, but I experienced the same issue. Just switch from Unifi to Maxis Fibre last week, and after two days of using it. No internet, no link. Maxis came over to check router, no issue and said it was TM side. TM came right after, and upon checking, said that the issue was with my fibre line that connects from the TM pole outside. Had no choice but to change and pay a hefty price of RM 480 for the change of cable bangwall.gif bangwall.gif . TM technician said that my old cable was chewed up and in terrible condition. Seems fishy to me, planning to lodge a report with MCMC.
