For those on the YEP package which is the best package during the Gobind era, I don’t think they can give any better deals so the only way is to retain these customers by refreshing the contract.

By looking at the remote control for this Unifi Plus Box, do you think it is hard for the elderly to operate? There's no channel number buttons.

Or maybe, the lesser the buttons, the better?

The interface is similar to any Google TV OS. The only issue I have is the Unifi TV app itself. It's basically shit, where you have to navigate using categories, instead of having a normal EPG like the white box has. So for example, if you want to navigate to a channel where you have no idea which category it's listed under, well have fun scrolling through one by one

hey guys like to check, does the unifi tv sports channels like bein sports live EPL matches? can't seem to find any detail on this on their website.

And does the ultimate plus comes wth only netflix basic? Does it have option to top up to get the netflix 4k tier? thanks

Regret upgrading from the white box to the black box, costing me more and problems here and there.

Problems I am facing now:
a. in changing channels, sometimes the moving circle arrow icon will appear for more than 10 seconds and then the new channel appears
b. sometimes, nothing appears, black screen
c. sometimes the bottom channel menu does not appear when the button bottom is pressed
d. sometimes "oops something went wrong ..." message appear. Restarting it will not help. Next day ok.
e. Sport TV channel : 10-20 seconds lag in visual over audio, Other channels OK.
f. sometimes I get "preview channel" message when watching BBC news and Sport TV!

I went to Unifi office to complain more than 2 weeks ago. So far no tech has come to my place to check!

Like to know who are experiencing the same a, b, c etc. If many, then system fault. If I am the only one, then more difficult for them to resolve, I think.

It should be listed to all Unifi TV app users; HITS NOW is placed between Warner TV & AXN.
