skynet send the parcel to me, then only the SMS from TM comes in 2-3 hours later

some questions
since TM got delivery record, does this mean my old white box will soon be deactivated and I am forced to use the latest UPB?

received a call from 03-88932000 ™ to check if I faced any issues installing the new UPB as they were able to check that I have yet to activate?

I am still on the white stb due to 'channel numbers'
But I did update via website to unifi tv 2.0

just check my box that TM sent .... it's HP43A and not the latest HP4BF

u think TM is willing to change it?
