That function doesn't exist anymore after the latest UI update of unifi TV White Box.

For me, not recommending it since you have to pay an extra RM20 per 24 months just for unifi Plus Box alone. Although it does support 4K viewing, unfortunately, it's unavailable on unifi TV app as the maximum resolution is only HD 720p. It also doesn't support Netflix at the moment.

So just buy alternative ones like Mi Box S then install the unifi TV app on Play Store instead.

Oh well thank you for informing us, finally can use unifi playTV via PC. Mine is using Firefox.

Of course, you have to pay a bit extra for more international sports content besides the free unifi Sports channel on all packs. They are not cheap at all.

Is it just me or anyone having access error to unifi playTV app?

iPhone 6s. I tried to uninstall, then reinstall the app.. then still gets the error message "user timeout" after login. I don't think it's because of my mom's unifi Home account as she pays monthly without issues. Or is it because of the recent software update of iOS 15 that I just done?

Yeah unifi playTV, the iOS mobile app only. I guess it's due to iOS 15, causing the app non-functional after all. On iOS 14 it worked before this. Meanwhile for the Android TV version it doesn't have any problem, can stream as usual.

Currently, both Astro ASSP5 and unifi Sports 1 air live matches of the UFC Dana White's Contender Series. unifi TV subscribers get scammed as the supposed 'live' feed of the UFC matches is actually delayed between 3-5 mins due to the interruption of unifi TV ads.

But it doesn't apply to its crappy unifi playTV mobile app. Still unwatchable on iOS 15 to this day.

Maybe because I'm using an older iPhone 6s device, if that's the case. I'm also on iOS 15.1 current update.

Ironically, if that's true, WeTV is basically the new iflix brand unifi will bring in.

Wonder if unifi will bring in WeTV iflix or just a standalone WeTV brand to unifi Plus Box. Anyways, the content offered by those two is almost the same, as WeTV iflix has a dedicated "Tempatan" tab offering local content.
