When you're on Ultimate Pack, you should've got complimentary access to beIN Sports Connect and SPOTV NOW starting today alongside the previous streaming bundle prior to May 17, 2022 (BBC Player, Lionsgate Play, 1 app of choice), even if you didn't switch to the new bundle which now includes Disney+ Hotstar.
Once you switch to the new bundle, you'll lose free access to Lionsgate Play and 1 app of choice. However, you can still resubscribe them via add-on subscription on https://activate.unifi.com.my/.
