They are hiking because it includes Netflix. So it makes we wonder if TM actually got conned with their Netflix deal, and trying to push it to customers to cover their ass over this.

For me it's a freedom of choice. If my ISP is bundling it for free, I would be glad to accept ot even if I won't use it. But if you are forcing us to pay then it's an asshole move, similar to how Astro forces Movie pack custormers to pay extra for Disney+ wether they like it or not

Unifi have reversed the charges 🤗

Last 3 day i upgrade  from ruby pack to ultimate plus pack via myunifo app . Yesterday myunifi app show "payable amount due RM675.30" !! I call to 100 they said i do not have any outstanding payment. Tomorrow i will goto tmpoint checking. Any member have this issues??

Yesterday i saw that amount i cannot sleep, I paid all bill up to date never hutang.

Yes they charge me early termination of ruby pack !!  upgrade unifi tv pack = early termination of unifi tv pack !?   already settle over charge problem at tmpoint,  actually i use unifi with ruby pack already more than 8 years, so they deduct all penalty charge from my bill. so every member be careful this may happen to you if you upgrade via myunifi app.

Plus, there could be a chance that the upcoming Chinese channel on Unifi TV could be Golden Chinese Drama Channel - a channel showcases fan-favourite and award-winning from the 90s to the recent titles. The channel is owned by MyTV Super under TVB while being distributed by Rock Entertainment globally. This channel could be an alternative to previously ceased Now Chinese Drama, but the viewership can be questionable as some viewers prefer only latest titles while others prefer nostalgia.

It seems pretty certain that we will be getting the hbo channels included in the new ultimate packs starting september. The promo price for these packs will end by october and normal retail price kick in. So those not yet upgrade to the new pack better do now. At least what i hear from my friends inside.

All still rumours and maybe wont happen. Lets see.

If I'm not wrong, the old Ultimate Pack and both new Ultimate Packs (Plus & Max) will include HBO linear channels, but there's a chance that the old Ultimate Pack won't include the upcoming MAX app.

I think the HBO channels will be included in all Ultimate Packs because the Ultimate Packs promise access to all linear channels, so what differs should be the number of OTT apps included.

But aren't there 5 HBO channels instead of 4? Are they excluding HBO Signature like what Astro did?

Q3: Yes, maximum 5 devices including Unifi Plus Box. Unless if you’re using the Hybrid UPB V2 instead, where IPTV method is also available upon startup.

Q4: Before this only viewable when you connect BBC Player by only using Unifi connection. Now, you can just login using your Unifi account (****@unifi) to start streaming.

I really suggest you upgrade to ultimate plus at least. Promo price rm69.90 get FULL CHANNEL (everything got including their premium sports in beIN and Spotv so ucl, f1 all settle) and get Netflix, Disney+, HBO Go (launch oct 1), BeIN Connect, SpoTV Now, Siar etc.

RM69.90 is crazy. I think they lose money. And it seems price will remain until u terminate or change pack.

I don’t have Android tv. Still using the Panasonic plasma tv.
I find that it is very easy to navigate through the channels on the white box.
Currently watching Disney Hotstar on iPad.

If they send me the UPB box, can I continue to use the white box to watch the tv channels?
And use the UPB box for Disney Hotstar?

Hi, does anyone know how to un-link our HBO Go from our old Astro Go login? I cancelled Astro a while ago but my HBO Go is still linked to my old Astro Go. I want to ensure that when Unifi gives the login for HBO Go app, i get to use my existing HBO GO username.

BTW, when Unifi gave me the username for Disney+ Hotstar after the Ultimate Max upgrade, I was given the same username as my previous Disney+Hotstar login which was under Astro. Despite having cancelled Astro almost a year ago, the old Disney+Hotstart login still had all my favourites and watch history intact.

It seems that the Ultimate MAX Pack has increased the price.
