those now paying rm149-189 for 800 mbps w/ultimate will stick to the grandfathered deal forever.

if netflix is available with unifi, i will decide on the price.

current standalone netlfix premium (4K) is rm55 pm, right?

i already hv disney+H, which is useful alto i dun watch it too frequently.

i wud say... if netflix 4k for additional <rm25, i'll take it. if >rm30, i won't.

i hv been using the unifitv app on 2 ATV Sharp TVs for 2-3 years now.

very stable, no major issues... happy enuf with the video quality.

ATV TVs also very handy with other apps - Disney+H, iQiyi, etc... very reliable, no issues.

i think if there is a problem with the app, likely the device isn't fully licensed or optimized for ATV/GTV.

so... if i m on ultimate with D+H now... and i want netlfix ultrahd + iqiyi + viu... duwan box, ATV TV best.

it's total 99.90.... meaning if i am paying 60, i top up 39.90?

and what is that package called.... ultimate max plus top up?

says new ultimate launched tmr... she doesn't know anything else.

i have a problem... profile was created using new ic, their dbase used old ic.

certain features, no match, tak pakai.

the chat person told me to delete profile on the app, create new.

but i find no option to delete or even edit on the app.

can anyone tell me how to do it? TQ.

don't think so. new contract shud be for new box with top up only.

i chatted with unifi, was told:

.. the box IS required to activate; cannot activate with phone or Android TV.

.. the box will arrive within 5-7 working days.

new box but i dunno what box it will be.

every new netflix subscription comes with new box + 2 yr contract - according to what i read.

i just gotta wait then.

on a general note, i dunno what u guys think of unifi way of doing things.

i find them quite confusing or they r confused themselves with diff staff in diff depts saying diff things.

.. unifitv app, myunfi app, selfcare app, unifi.com.... why do they not consolidate all these portals?
.. + online chat, emails, sms, phone calls, walk in to TM...
.. info u get by calling 100, or online chat or in person at HQ are not always consistent, often in conflict.

i get exhausted when trying to change things with unifi.
i hv not contacted them for last 6-7 years for anything but had to for netflix.
not a smooth experience when u want them to get something done.

Did u need to first activate with the new box u recd?

Or direct activation with mi stick?

I got the SMS saying box come in 7 days, log in ****@iptv, that's all.

But to log in netflix, it needs email, password...

Will more instructions come in a later email?

i got the box today.

while waiting for sms/email activation, i hooked up the box.

box had no netflix in playstore, not licensed yet, i think.

disney+H... in 720p only!

i think i will just use my smart TVs, junk this box!!

I used it in 4k HDR TV.

It is 4k HDR using TV atv app.

Will try again tmr.
