For third party apps, it's the responsibility of the service provider, and not Unifi. So it will be hit and miss on how the layout/experience will be. For example TVB+ Anywhere seems to have a decent app on every kind of platform

Note that Unifi ID != Unifi TV ID. I made the same mistake.

TL;DR, it's xxx@unifi, NOT xxx@iptv

I have no idea if my number is handsome or not. But if you are talking about Unifi ID, I keyed in the xxx@unifi username, not my phone number

For me when I entered my xxx@unifi ID, it automatically entered my hand phone number below with the number I have registered with in Unifi's system. The one where it will send the OTP number to

I think I understand the bug now. It doesn't take in the fact that some people own the ultimate pack through promos, and only flagged people who pays seperately for internet + unifiTV (like me, RM89 internet + RM60 Ultimate pack).
Meh, I presume a lot of people will be calling them now about this bug.

Reminds me of what happened with Astro and the Hotstar activation bug previously

Yeah. I think it's SD, similar to RTM/TV3. Quite sharp SD tho that being said

Edit: GEM also looks like it's SD, while Animax is HD

Edit 2: You can confirm which channel are SD by looking at the "Lembaga Penapisan Filem" splash screen that Unifi TV adds before each show. If it looks stretched, then the channel is SD

Nope. Viu needs email to work. Unifi gave you @unifi only. I have emailed TM support about this sad.gif

I tried using my phone number, since Lionsgate uses that. BUt didn't work. It only registered me as a new user
