I am actually subscribed to unifi 100Mbps + unifi TV (STB) for RM 159/month... internet is RM 129 with RM 30 discount (RM 99), and unifi TV is RM 60, so in total RM 159.

Don't think it's because of root because I have Magisk installed and root status is hidden. Even the old (worked awesome) or new astro go app (which wont run smoothly of course just like on mi box s) could not the detect the root status.
The box is on ATV v7.. is yours running android 7 as well?

If you can provide the logcat via adb to pendekar7 he probably can fix it.

For downgrade request, if you’re still within the contract period, the contract period will be renewed to 24 months. If you downgrade after the contract period, you will be tied to a new contract period.

No, I had some problems with the STB so they replaced it.. so the contract extended for another 2 years. I guess I can downgrade to RM 129 without ultimate pack but there will be RM 10 penalty.

It seems like Yupp Thirai HD doesn't have ads. The movie starts immediately after showing the credit of previous movie and channel ident.

unifi and tm maybe crazy. ruby pack plus entertainment for chienese program. why they add hindi channel on ruby pack plus. tm very jokes.

The plus box is disappointing the resolution is inferior even on HD channels. If you have a MI Box, you can download from Google play store, Unifi TV app and it has far better resolution. Bottom line I think the skyworth box from TM is useless.
But the best resolution is from their original white dedicated set top box.... Ha ha, I have all 3.....wasted $ on plus box.

Initially you were not able to run the app on other Android TV devices, but in the latest update dated 30 June 2020 (version 1.2.2), the unifi TV app is now no longer exclusive to unifi Plus box.

Admin on unifi Community forum confirmed that this is actually unifi TV’s official plan and not a glitch.

It’s good that unifi is changing their policy, allowing their app to run on Android TV devices rather than on their own unifi Plus box. Also just in time as Astro is also making an Android TV app called Astro TV, currently in beta (https://www.lowyat.net/2020/215871/astro-tv-app-closed-beta-android-tv/).
