Plantar fasciitis is a painful inflammatory condition caused by excessive wear to the plantar fascia of the foot. The pain usually is felt on the underside of the heel, and is often most intense with the first steps of the day. It is commonly associated with long periods of weight bearing. Obesity, weight gain, jobs that require a lot of walking on hard surfaces, shoes with little or no arch support, and inactivity are also associated with the condition. This condition often results in a heel spur on the calcaneus, in which case it is the underlying condition, and not the spur itself, which produces the pain. Uric acid causes gout. And this is when you consume too much of food that contains high content of purine like red meat, shellfish, mushrooms and soy products.

There is no cure to gout. The only way is to control it and I tell you it is really painful. If you eat and eat without exercising, the chances of having gout is high. By the way, gout happens more in males compared to females.

There are various forms of exercise. Doing the laundry, mopping the floor and various household chores are all exercise. I been doing this for years already and although they don't burn a lot, they do still help.
