I borrowed a webcam from a friend, however the driver cd has been missing.
had been trying all the ways provided above, but no luck
any help uploading the driver or any link to download the driver is much appretiated

I searched the a4tech website, found 1 lookalike night vision cam, however it is not the driver I am looking for.
I think this is manufactured from China according to my friend, but he is not so sure too..

Hi all.

Need a little help here.
My office pc is still using an ancient OS (Win98).
Therefore, I can't auto detect from my USB port.

Do any of you have any idea where I can get my hand on most of the common drivers needed (such as those already included in WinXP).

Not really familliar with this ancient OS, so if I'm needed anything extra to get things work, please do tell me.

i used to plug in my gamepad and its light beep about 5-8second and after that,the msg cannot recognized came out..

You may be able to download and install XP drivers in Vista. Before double-clicking to launch the setup/installer (.exe), make sure that you right-click on the setup/installer (.exe) -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Run in XP SP2 Compatibility Mode. Hope I've helped.

SEEMS like i can't install drivers for my wireless adapter for my asus X80L laptop.

Tried the 2 drivers obtained from the website, a intel wireless pro driver and artheros driver, both also can't detect wireless adapter. It shows as adapter driver not installed.

this happened after i reformat my laptop, i left the cd overseas so i downloaded from the asus website.

Actually, I can find the Intel Wireless Pro driver and Artheros driver for you that work but I'm not sure what OS (Operating system) did you re-format to. Please post the operating system that your using so that we can further assist you. Btw, are you using the X80LE or just plain X80L (Without the "E")?

i'm using my sis accnt, that is my pc. Am using Asus X80L without E, with windows XP installed. i got my wireless to work now. problem is with the sound drivers now. i installed using the file provided by asus.com.tw but when i play song it gives me an error. theres no way i can get into my sound config so i tihnk my drivers are not installed.

i think i isntalled driver but it is not recognised. running out of ideas now lol.

I think that if you install the drivers. They may work but with slight problems. Try running the driver installers in "Compatibility Mode".
