Question:

(1) If my current fibre BTU show LOS, will both modems on different ISPs will be lost at same time?

(2) Do you call both ISPs to report of the same LOS BTU? or do you just call TM? (since maxis will escalate to TM anyway).

(3) Separately, if either goes modem experiences outage, do you call its respective ISP, or you just call Unifi?

1. LOS = loss of signal. nothing will work.
2. if you’re on Maxis contact Maxis, let them escalate to TM.
you contact TM they will say you’re not their customer anymore.
3. same as 2, whichever gives you problem contact that provider.

i mean, it looks in picture above that someone have both Unifi and Maxis running of same BTU.

I'm interested in such set up i.e. dual-ISP. that's why i wonder if BTU issue, who do we call since it's shared.

for LOS specifically, if you have both Unifi and Maxis, then it would be faster to call TM since they own it.
