Who everyone month got the mesra 2200 point?
Every month which date they credit the point?

My mesra case since Aug until now haven't resolve.
Went to office yesterday got the impression that they like no clue why like that, no initiative to get it guarantee solve, dun want to escalate to manager, put an altitude like cannot be solve although u come to remind me.

So many ads promote driver to use the petronas programme but they dun care.

The CS is giving an impression taking blind salary.

I achieved all the requirements. Somebody there didn't update my new card in allstar. Mesra point finger at them, grab point at them.

They midnight surcharge took 1 month plus to credit me the Rm3. Many reminders to them.

Do u all encounter the apps every 30min disconnect and reconnect issue? Since January until now like that

is not 30min from u online. It happens at like 9.30, 10, 10.30 .. around that time every 30min. Sometimes early or late by few min

Everytime raise a case want to close fast fast. Sometime reply different thing

The rating is very important... i feedback very harsh. They call me back.

I lodge many emails until i have a list which cs terrible one.

U dun comment on riders. U comment on cs.

Riders altitude cannot do much by cs. But u can keep report so that there is statistic grab need to push something.

Those like got cancel within 5min almost reach there, the bonus little caught in jam, u r otw but jam then got cancel categories as no effort. These are the case u can fight.

Mine is i ask cs to call riders why cancel when i almost reach the pick up. Because i suspect the eta reflect different in rider app. They just reply me a full stop karangan. Want me to shut up.

About the sticker, better use the mirror sticker. The MOT must understand ehailing come and go. Conversion car grant just serve no purpose. Insurance is the key mah.

I feel like to tell minister, grab driver + e hailing riders got offended + biz from tourist vs taxi drivers, do the math which voters he want.

All those he did the enforcement ya good, but any clean guy can do that. Just copy paste with ur power. Always see he announce, no new thing one.

Few drivers i checked also kena. I think since Monday.
Very angry cs just ask me wait 8hrs.
I prove them root checker no root. What other app that is prohibited they can't say.
Really cs need to revamp, answer like no answer u.

From the playstore review, got ppl mention 5.66 version brick the app.

Still can't confirm because very minority ppl kena.

The cancellation still got loophole.

When traffic smooth can reach pup/almost before 5min kena cancel by rider no compensate even though prove the case.

Another one we are on the way, but heavy jam. After 5 minute got cancel. Then cs blame us we don't make effort or fail to reach pup on time.

They r trying to hide something. I went to office discuss this they just accuse me got invalid app. I ask why many ppl kena? Then they change topic to get rid me away.

This recently big case in johor. Driver just 3rd day kena suspend.

If not mistaken, grab will subsidize the psv. Of coz with condition. Maybe u can only stick with grab.

Ask them update the route, penipu scammer. The route simply show illegal turn , no wonder the fare cheap.

Then i check Google play review, still many ppl kena invalid app suspend.

Then about arrive at pick up rider book wrong service ask can i select passenger no show collect the rm3 till now no reply.

Any grab cs lurk here? I hope u got mistreatment at outside like how u treat driver and i will warn any employers dun hire them. Very toxic
