My mesra case since Aug until now haven't resolve.
Went to office yesterday got the impression that they like no clue why like that, no initiative to get it guarantee solve, dun want to escalate to manager, put an altitude like cannot be solve although u come to remind me. So many ads promote driver to use the petronas programme but they dun care. The CS is giving an impression taking blind salary. |

Why lah this MOT so stupid
U start to enforce only when u get everything done MOT should study and survey from stakeholders About the sticker, better use the mirror sticker. The MOT must understand ehailing come and go. Conversion car grant just serve no purpose. Insurance is the key mah. I feel like to tell minister, grab driver + e hailing riders got offended + biz from tourist vs taxi drivers, do the math which voters he want. All those he did the enforcement ya good, but any clean guy can do that. Just copy paste with ur power. Always see he announce, no new thing one. Teresa kok is driver right? I ask my group, nobody got 5.66 Waiting answer from fb group those kena izzit also 5.66 From the playstore review, got ppl mention 5.66 version brick the app. Still can't confirm because very minority ppl kena. Maybe can help check any other fb group complain this issue? |

The cancellation still got loophole.
When traffic smooth can reach pup/almost before 5min kena cancel by rider no compensate even though prove the case. Another one we are on the way, but heavy jam. After 5 minute got cancel. Then cs blame us we don't make effort or fail to reach pup on time. Yealoh.. this one fall under what%, 0.001%? Then just leave it like that... |

Really really cannot tahan the cs
Ask them update the route, penipu scammer. The route simply show illegal turn , no wonder the fare cheap. Then i check Google play review, still many ppl kena invalid app suspend. Then about arrive at pick up rider book wrong service ask can i select passenger no show collect the rm3 till now no reply. Any grab cs lurk here? I hope u got mistreatment at outside like how u treat driver and i will warn any employers dun hire them. Very toxic |
