Problem is Sabah got such income to pay off the new car instalment or not, coming October need PSV/Socso etc. Referral fee in the past was RM75, recently grab giving out RM200 for driver with PSV.

Fuh same here also. Weekends usually give me rm150 roughly for a day, but got back home with rm80 only sigh.

Last time can get 2200 bonus points with rm600 above fueling in a month if u r gold status, now not sure but i think got like monthly 1500 bonus points. I had claimed twice in 3 months petrol rm35++. Wow 7000 plus points can claim rm70++ petrol..

today, i got number at 930am, waited till 345pm also not my turn, i need to go off because got thing to do..

today queue reach 21 to 40, then last for more than 1 hour no movement...

depends on areas. during peak non stop, average around RM20+ per hours. mostly short distances fare less than RM10. normal hours fare and demand very slow, which are not really worth it as part time for normal hours. the disadvantage is small area the fare is generally low.

yes, consider going to KL/Johor weekend for testing , well, maybe test 2 days there

crap force their drivers to AA because they lost that extra 5% . squeeze them drivers. make sure every single and last drop counts ( in other words , milk the lembu … lol  )

Event Sequential of the change in driver app requirement from I can recall for past 2/3 years:

Introduction of 30% AR (No AR requirement when grab was first introduced)

Increase the DR from 4.4 to 4.7 to qualified for HG incentive

Removal of the hotspot areas. All area in KV were entitled to HG incentives after the chances.

To qualify for the lower commission of 20%, driver must opt in that they only drive for grabcar. If the driver wish to drive for Uber or other e hailing operator at that time, they need not opt in but their commission would be 25% instead of 20%.

Separate the drivers into two group ( Flexi and HG driver. HG driver must maintain AR > 80% and DR > 4.7). Driver who want to change from flexi to HG group must opt in.

Changes the weekly acceptance calculation to daily acceptance ratio to quality for HG incentives (driver need to achieve min daily 80% AR to qualify)

The commission for new drivers has increased to 25% unless they on AA. Old driver remain at 20% regardless of Non AA or AA.

Introduction of auto accept. Driver must on AA to get the HG incentive

Introduction of Timeout

Replaced the HG incentive with time booster. AA trip entitled to higher time booster bonus calculation.

Removal of manual accept and driver must auto accept all the trip. All driver are now enjoying same level of commission, 20%, ie no more 25% to comply with MOT requirement.

Before I forget, the peak hours (MP, UP etc) incentive block was getting lesser and lesser over the times.

What’ s next? Our driver income is on downward trend for sure with all these additional features in driver app. No eyes see...

grab food also not quite good. Too many riders. Payday week may have lots of jobs but mid to month end towards pay day may be difficult.

Any tips on getting passengers during daytime say from 11am to 6pm? How much can I earn within that time limit especially now that AA is mandatory. I used to get something like RM130-RM150 and thats before grab commision, petrol etc.

sheesh I wish it could be more. Crap probably does not think that some of us have to run errands and have to be home on time.

i see.. i guess.. the hassle is less then driving grabcar i guess

are you in shape? Grabfood riders have to do  quite a bit of walking. pickup food from malls. then walk up to deliver food to customer at doorstep.

have to queue at counter
have to masak own telur everytime get back to motor.
