I can tell u now modded apps is way too rampant liao, within few days after update they manage to crack it and circulate latest version.
Yesterday was lucky because traffic was horrible because of the minor rain, everywhere was jam and surge and modded apps kaki choose to offline it seems.
I heard now even u got the job via AA, reach there and press i'm here, the job show cancel on driver side but user apps still show the job is on-going. It is not the first time that group member in FB share it. Getting more and more modded apps selling out to drivers and they earning a good money, initial signup one time $$$, then when update need to pay $$$. I suspect crap IT/Programming staff leaking all this info and earning a good pocket money.

Good news! Effective 22 January 2019, your Driver Rating will not be affected if passengers rate their trip poorly and indicated a reason that is not attributable to driver-partners. Example: if passengers rate their trip poorly during a GrabShare ride due to behaviour of the matched passenger.
Dafuq, this is ridiculous. Is there anyway to report those cancelled trip in our trip history to identify which modder stole the job? Do some work please grab!
modded app are more rampant in kv East Malaysia I doubt it is rampant although it may exist also.

Chinese kid riders are the worst group of rider in my city, especially those from rich family, which made them spoiled kids. These kids have all the money to spend to go shopping/mcd all day with their friends, they (Catholic high school fuckers in my case) would order a few crap cars everytime, take the first one and cancel the rest everyday without shame. Their attitude is really sombong and terrible. Many drivers in my city already boycott bookings from that particular school. I hope grab ban this school from booking in the future.
over here we get diverse range of riders with different nationalities....we got Arabian, mapren, foreign workers....can’t help to form certain perception on certain group of riders although no all are bad. in Penang, I heard Arabian and mapren were a lot lesser and more female drivers on the road.
I am a part time grabbing riders since last year but I have done my part to educate riders even at the expense of getting 1 star ratings from riders.
I have had done my part to promote safety from insisting on safety belt and speeding limit unless the guy is having emergency issues like having heart attack or pregnancy. Otherwise, I ask them out of my car and report the issues as such. E hailing is a platform for drivers and riders. In fact, I would educate common courtesy among the students to foreigners especially when I have high ratings to spare like now at 4.98.
The least the part timers could do is to voice thier concerns to the ministries concerned to have their voice heard to thier faces in the facebook or tweeter. Otherwise dun complain when they have issues. ( I have told off non registered voters not to complain about scholarship, crimes or high cost of living to low wages to make MY home a better place. So I salute those who have flew from Downunder to Tiny Spot Spore jam to come back to MY home to vote in spite of peanut jam. In fact, I had a rider who flew 1st class back to Sarawak just to vote because that is the only ticket available. Tabik Spring. )

I can assure you some YB of Yang Berkhidmat read it from time to time. It is thier loss if they dun look at it. Only Jib Bye fellas only read what they wanna to hear from thier lackey fellas sources. I) discuss with any grabcar drivers during the trip who is pick u up to any location see any of they were keen; II) post your request in the FB ride sharing advance booking site iii) if can’t really get drivers and u don’t have too many luggage, go to KL sentral and get erl to klia
u need to check with your coy account to see if they were ok with the manual receipts for offline deals
