I’ve to increase the speaker’s volume or use headphones.
This is quite normal among first generation ps4pro.
The latest version shouldn’t have this issue.

Yeap, these games only works on R1.
Some of these games are not available in R3 too.
Can’t expect a code to work for a game that doesn’t exist in that region lol.
