Why scare when you are genuine even with evidence?
You have to understand all the complaints mainly buyer has faults or refuse for corporation.
Its not the amount of money or can or cannot make me rich (trust me I don't even earn a single cent extra from any1, all item is dispatched out, if there is a financial loss that person will be me), I am defending myself, you will defend yourself too when you know its not your fault, if its my fault there is no reason for me to being so defensive and aggressive, I would just apologize and refund just like every other case that wasnt reported here(if u wanna see i can show, mostly item out of stock I just inform and refund, just ask i will pm picture of whatsapp). I have closed 2 cases too where the dispute is resolved and I refunded the money. And please don't ignore the goodfeedback and good sales I made which is 95% of them, I have been here for 11 years and only recently in 3 years I started selling, I really don't mind sharing the sales I made every month since I have a log of postage with customer name and tracking so you can see(but with PM if possible, later someone will accuse I commit crime for releasing customer info again)
There is 3 open complaint
1st complaint (from 2-3 years ago) - warranty claim, buyer has already sent back for warranty twice and kept saying he cant boot, (the whole warranty process is like he send me back, i checked, nth wrong, send back to him and he use for 1-2 weeks and etc, until the 3rd time) but when send back to me can boot. (which is an issue i suspect is his other hardware), and then 3rd time he sent back no inform me (around 3 months later), i not available, parcel missing, he make dispute, item is lost because of this and buyer seek my responsibility when he didnt contact me for the 3rd time when he wanna send back to me, I am in China(few days in HK) that whole month(with prove of flight ticket and some other pic and stuff). The item is with 6 months warranty, 1st return is within 2 weeks, 2nd return is within 1-2 months, 3rd return is 3 months+, every single time he return back the item doesn't have any issue(i boot it up LIVE for him to see) but when return back to buyer he kept claiming got issue and said he already checked his other hardware, buyer bought the item for a rlly long time and kept returning for warranty.
2nd complaint (from 3 months ago) - It started off where the buyer refuse to collect the CPU he ordered, and I wasnt in Malaysia that time(at Australia, with prove of airasia flight ticket and someother private pic or stuff) , (i never even meet the buyer before), so we agreed to meet up to verify buyer's statement that he claim the processor he ordered is "fake" and not "what he wants", that is the best way to verify genuine proc with CPU-ID or anyform of CPU verification software, its fair for both side, because if the item turns out to not be what the buyer wants, I would just refund the deposit on the spot, there is no need to argue anything tbh, but buyer didnt turn up and didnt reply my msg, and after 1 week no reply to me and I still waiting, after that is consider buyer bailing out and deposit forfeit and I have to clear the stock asap, I then proceed to clear the item to another LYN user for RM100 discount (which is the deposit the original buyer deposited), i didn't earn a single cent from this as the discount 100 is there to clear stock(from the deposit)
3rd complaint (recent) - u can see the whole story from skyforceld user here, i failed to inform the buyer that the item is back-tracked on the 1st working day he ordered, so on the 4th working day i inform the buyer the item will be late and is back-tracking, and then buyer didnt go for refund but we agreed on a date for him to receive the item or else i ill just give a full refund. And then the item is late and the buyer is asking for a refund before he mail me back the item, I told the buyer there is already tracking and the courier is on the way too, he needs to return the item to me first before any refund, buyer only receive it 2 working days later, there shouldnt have any problem if the buyer just return the item to me and get a full refund, but because I made a dispute thread on the buyer due to the buyer asking for refund before remail, and that the is main reason the buyer opened a dispute thread on me(u can check out the original thread post#5 for the full whatsapp chatlog, especially the ending which is the last day, it will tell you everything that the buyer is someone who "look to fight") just so he can get a revenge on me.
