F&F is not available yet for the new app, this has been made known to them earlier. Their reply: "This new app is built from ground and unfortunate to inform you, F&F is something we are working to include back to the app with a better user experience."

I have a question, I have Digi Prepaid Best 2016 and with a balance of RM 82 at the moment. It is inactive as I only extend 1 day validity every 70-75 days to keep the no. Now my best friend is coming to Malaysia and I plan to lend her this prepaid no. for her usage in Malaysia. She will be here for two weeks and with the credit balance there is no issue for me to subscribe either weekly or monthly data plan. My question will be, can I extend 1 day validity and then subscribe to any of these plans? I want to make use of the existing balance without reloading my credit again.

I saw the validity options, there are only 1 day and 180 days, there is no 30 days validity...

Any idea how?

Great. At first I thought of the weekly 1.5GB + Free 7GB for RM 10 but it is lacking "Always Active" at the description, looks like it may not work.

The only restriction I can see is it is "auto-renewal", so I will need to unsubscribe it before it renews.


For Digi add-on, if I unsubscribe before it renews, can I still continue using the current subscription or straight will be unsubscribed?

Update: After i force close the app and reopen the app, it was still unstable sometime with the wheel circling. Had to log out and login again, only now app works fine.

Sigh. I already told them to fix that English... Hopefully will be fixed soon.

From my side, logging seems OK now, it was buggy weeks ago.

I don't think it is the money issue. More to problems with Connect, I can be wrong. I will clarify when I meet them next week.

These days they also started collaborating with Ericsson.

To be fair, if you read back my posts few weeks ago, you will have the answer for your first question.

Digi may assume those 3 lines are used by you as they are registered under you, what security issue are you referring here? If you can see someone else's no., yes that's is a big issue.

What's the bug you got when you registered? You can use back the same email address but there's a slight change on the password criteria.

I understand your predicament above but those lines are registered under you so Digi will assume you are using all and honestly this is not a security breach.

However, I do understand about the no. given to young kids by parents. I will feedback to them.

chkwong, soonwai - Regarding your earlier query, please use this method:

Register those lines with a separate email address (other than the main email address). Then they will only have access to that particular no.

If you register with the email address you used to register a line with Digi, then that will be considered as main email address and will pick up all your other lines' details as well.

It's unfortunate that it has to be bundled with an email address now whenever trying to login with a no.

Celcom also has weekday and weekend data split too, good thing is one can pay additional RM 10/month to combine the data. Since it's corporate postpaid line and paid by company directly, of course I choose to pay for it. tongue.gif
