Yes, already told them to fix it back end. Hopefully not something complicated to implement.

Thanks so much for your help in conveying our feedback.  rclxms.gif

I actually wouldn't have noticed the space if not for the others mentioning it. I've only checked the name's correct but not the extra space.  laugh.gif

Same goes to me. I didn't notice there's a double spacing. laugh.gif

Apparently the new MyDigi app lets you add other numbers that is not registered to your MyKad. Just added my mums number so I can sub her monthly Digi prepaid internet.
*
Hmm. Really? How do you do this? Add as My Favourites?

So for the above message about adding in another person's no., this is the reply from the developer:

Remember I mentioned about how we recognise your email and allow you to see the numbers tied to your email and account?

In the event that your email is not updated, you should be able to add your other numbers verified with a verification code that is sent to the number intended to be added before it can be successfully added.

That being said we are not encouraging this to be taken as a default feature at this point of time, cause adding more numbers would really begin slowing down the login experience.

QUOTE(JohnsonLoi @ Mar 25 2019, 10:34 PM)
Will move to oversea for long term.

I  have an iPhone 6 with Digi postpaid SIM card in it. I just want to receive SMS for TAC without using internet data on it. How do I go about changing this in setting?

Is it setting - mobile data - mobile data options - data roaming OFF. (To turn off internet data)

But for the 'Mobile data' I have to turn ON for receiving SMS?

And on Digi app I have to enable 'international roaming' right?

Will be using iPhone 6 as my second device just for receiving SMS.
*
Mobile data is not needed to receive SMS.

Yes, international roaming is needed to be turned on. If not, contact CS to enable it. Check back last few posts about voice mail during roaming, remember to turn it off too.

Thanks for the reply

Already did *128*6*2*8# and VMS Roaming OFF.

Will enable 'International roaming' tomorrow in the Digi app on my main handphone then insert this SIM card in my extra iPhone 6 right before I fly.

Then I will buy new SIM in the new country to be put in my main handphone. So that whatever SMS I receive in future will be on my extra iPhone 6. (No voicemail, no internet data)

Am I doing it right?
*
Yes, doing it right. Not sure if you can just enable it that way, if cannot call CS regarding to do that. My lines are all auto enabled with Digi roaming.

QUOTE(xperiaDROID @ Mar 26 2019, 07:42 AM)
My apologies if this has been discussed before in here, but I couldn't find it using the search feature here

Is there any way to extend the ring time? I found out that Digi is way shorter when it comes to ringing...

I do know that I have to disable the voicemail service in order to have longer ring time but is there any way to just simply extend it? I remember there was a way to just extend it by dialing something when I was using Celcom/RedOne.
*
I think disable voice mail is the only solution for Digi.

What is the different between VoiceMail and VMS?
Then the outdial message is what?
*
Digi has two types of voicemail, normal voicemail and roaming voicemail.
So disable the roaming voicemail else be prepared for hefty charges. biggrin.gif

Convert your digi postpaid to digi prepaid, then change call plan to Digi monthly 28
*
So, it cannot be done directly from a Best prepaid to this Prepaid 28?

Only available in USSD but not mydigi apps?
*
Nope. Cannot change plan via MyDigi app right?

Anyway, after some consideration I feel that 2GB for weekdays and another 2GB for weekends are too little, though I know it has free 1GB from 12 a.m. to 12 p.m., I will give this a skip. RM 30 for 5GB with free 1GB 1-7pm may be more practical for my friend (I'm lending my SIM to her). Unlimited calls are tempting but I reckoned she will not make that many calls. laugh.gif

Yeah but I think I will give it a skip this round. Good to know can switch to this plan though, I thought only for new no.
