Yes, to get a local SIM in India is difficult. Went through the same hassle when I was in Mumbai for a month.

Strange though, hotspot should work.

MyDigi app will have another round of major update. Like previously as a beta tester for few updates, I'm already invited by my Digi contacts to be one again this time. smile.gif If I can share more information, I will share but unlikely I will be allowed.

You know, I was told for AT LEAST 10mbps on 4G, and 20mbps on 4G+ network for 80% of the time (the opposite should be the fact). The ping "ms" shown on opensignal is fake.

I'm amazed by your patience. Users can always terminate or change to whichever network that suits them. I won't believe telcos when it comes to building new towers. Costs are too high to build.

Dashboard? Which dashboard? 4G+ is dual band, so it has to be two bands.
Use HManager app to see.

You are connected to B3+B7. Try locking to B3 only using HManager, you will see it showing 4G.

Digi postpaid cannot be paid with prepaid top up. Your best bet is probably to earn cash back from credit cards.

It makes me wondering why are you still with Digi? I saw you complain since months ago, they will not improve knowing how Digi works.
