Their showhouse is state-of-the-art. Same goes to their products offerings and promotional activities. Build quality is on par with SP Setia, but sub-par to E&O and Tan&Tan.

frankly speaking... no developer in malaysia is perfect... even the well known ones or konon nya top 10 ones... they can do good on one project and failed your expectation on another project... so will this answer your question?

they do not adhere to tribunal court judgement and challenges them. and many other reasons. good. sales staff well trained. built quality is above average. |

I have joint name buy a ew house and another relative buy another precinct same project. Build quality so so (I say bad). Ask developer repair till cow come home still cannot solve problem. Precinct also badly manage by them.

So far, the old Sunrise (before UEM take over) was the best. Defect respond is usually within 48hrs. They used to have their in house main contractor, so quality control is more consistence. Too bad in Malaysia, when you doing good some big company who know nothing will come to bought over and use your good name and suck it till the last drop.

I am expecting more from developer like EW. Product wise I would say nothing to shout about. In term of pricing, I would say their products are overpriced. IMO, it is important for developer to add values to the customers which I don’t feel so with EW. If you would have notice, the locations of their development are not as good as before (SP Setia). Their marketing is good though.

We can't judge the judge the project quality base on developers. As each project they might appoint different contractors, so the project good or not, defect much or not, it depends on the contractors. Even the contractors are good, they have sub-contractors some more... Unless you really have someone work on the project, and know the profile of contractors then you will have more accurate information. But of course, the reputation of developers are important as if you found any defects, how fast is their response. Just my point of view |

BTW, has your EW property appreciated yet? You may say the whole market is bad but let’s be honest, if you are given second chance would you make the same decision to purchase the unit again given better products in term of product offering like bigger size, better layout or location available at the same pricing in the surrounding?

In my view, it's among the better developers. Sales and marketing have been good from the start, house designs are modern and innovative and township planning attractive. Not able to comment on build quality however. Perhaps someone who has lived in can better comment on materials and build quality.
However, their pricing for semi-d/terrace today at distance looks high. But whether to buy at the price and all factors considered, the buck stops with the buyer. Aside from current pricing, I have a positive view. Every developer has strengths and weaknesses. I'm sure any serious developer will take in comments and can always improve.
