In my view, it's among the better developers. Sales and marketing have been good from the start, house designs are modern and innovative and township planning attractive. Not able to comment on build quality however. Perhaps someone who has lived in can better comment on materials and build quality.
However, their pricing for semi-d/terrace today at distance looks high. But whether to buy at the price and all factors considered, the buck stops with the buyer. Aside from current pricing, I have a positive view. Every developer has strengths and weaknesses. I'm sure any serious developer will take in comments and can always improve.
