Actually I can't get the meaning of this campaign.
Meaning that we top up mobile prepaid within that period, then the 31% rebate refund bck to grab wallet?

This time around the rebate works from the first day. I guess what happened during that promo is just a hiccup in the system.

Has anyone had similar issues? I’m trying to reload to my postpaid which I know for Celcom, you can pay your postpaid bills through mobile reloads.
