Paylater only selected merchant only or can be used in all merchant / payment ?

selected user based on rating. frequent grab user wont get this challenge. only those low usage to encourage them to use more. it is part of marketing strategy. u can try don't use grab for 3 month. then u will get invited.lol

How do we know if we are entitled to the campaign later at midnight ?

It is fair game. Give people a chance to get something for those that did not get anything previously. So don’t complain so much. U can participate on 30th event.
