I didn't receive notification but they block my transfer to my mom's account, damn stupid. Same here, I transfer regularly, because I use both accounts to buy food, make payment, etc.....just to keep both account Platinum status active and the points expiry.....also to redeem more pointsback voucher since now they always limit to 2 vouchers per account.....

They shouldn't simply block, it makes sense for family members to transfer between account la....unless transfer to many different accounts consistently then they can suspect we sell credits

A bit little this time, normal HSBC voucher is Rm15 top up Rm100.

This one RM300 top up only get RM20, and it has a min spend of Rm40.

i am also doing the same, reload to my grab then transfer to my kids. As MGM asked, if someone only has 1 credit card, now can that person save the same credit card into 2 grab accounts because cannot transfer, will it be flagged? just disallowed bank withdrawal is good enough using CC, should not disallowed transfer to other grab account. so in that case if my friend paid for our group food bill, i cannot send my share to him now, unless my reload was via non CC
