I can say their list not very well maintained, some of the merchant there not even existed. So I guess if something you want to buy and it accepted grabpay means your deserved for this 20 bucks. Foc.

For my case, I spent on happy fresh to buy some house groceries so I considered myself lucky I guess?

Nope if not in the list like zcity they are using ipay88 as payment gateway too but I heard from others it is excluded from this campaign.
