Grab upsizes debut term loan to US$2b

SINGAPORE: Southeast Asian ride-hailing and food delivery giant Grab has raised $2 billion from its first term loan, in what it said was the largest institutional debt in Asia's technology sector, as the company expands its regional services.

The five-year senior secured loan was upsized from the initial $750 million after the company secured commitments from international institutional investors, Singapore-based Grab said in a statement on Monday.

Anthony Tan, group CEO & co-founder of Grab said that investors recognised the value of Grab's super app platform, as "we continue making consistent progress in achieving our growth and sustainability milestones."

you didn't redeem during point back event ?

I'm only interested for Shopee vouchers.
I'm not a big fan for GrabFood, GrabMart and other Grab vouchers except for GrabCar.

It would be great if vouchers can be transferred to third party, I'm more keen on GrabFood vouchers only

Correct and hope they could out with redemption of gift cards.

Thanks guys for the advise, I have solved the issue but it is not updated to Android 10.0 still 8.0 the latest version (Maybe my phone is quite old)
