All the time I using webpage, I guess app is not workable because my friends last time was trying to pay a bill though app but the outlook is different than webpage.

I tried to pay second time to maxis, transaction failed but grabpay debited. Is the a limit that each merchant only use once a day?

Additional 31% off for new GrabPay online payments users
