No, I think they need to do something before GrabPay.

You need to inform them pay by GrabPay before payment as what the staff told me.

Based on the receipt, I think 5% discount from total amount.

All the time I using webpage, I guess app is not workable because my friends last time was trying to pay a bill though app but the outlook is different than webpage.

You may try to pay through app but advisable pay in webpage I would say

Is anyone getting error for bill payment by using e-pay website?

Tried several times for bill payments but all failed and getting error message, this morning was able to make payment.

No extra Grab points will be given as I tried it haha
Based on T&C, for all Maybank credit card visa or master (not Amex) can entitled, but obviously same Maybank Grab card cannot entitled for it

Based on my understanding, likely those transactions you paid from your Grab account wallet fund.

Example: Ordering GrabFood and pay from your Grab account, but not from other credit card payment
Because all my transactions mainly from Grab account, and I got 41 under wallet transactions hmm.gif
