i think is not your account problem... is because a lot people suddenly use that app to pay and get 6000 points... grab investigate and flag that app as bill payment category... the payment can go through just that bill payment no extra points..

E-pay or elinking can get extra points ?

yes, i get 6000 extra for RM250 payment on 9am in elinking...

now not sure whether already flagged as bill payment merchant or not...

this is a really solid proof. it is obviously a mistake of grab for dismissing 6000 for my transaction completed at 10.10am. i have escalated the issue to grab

i think you should entitle 3000 points still at 10.10am, even 6000 points if fully redeemed.
